I've spent about 10 years building products at startups — Float, Maze, Typeform — always full stack, and I keep ending up building the developer tooling and infrastructure around the product. It's where I create the most leverage and honestly what I enjoy most.

Self-hosted AI coding agent platform. Engineers describe a task in plain language, Wingman provisions an isolated cloud environment with the codebase, runs an AI agent against it, streams progress in real-time (multiplayer), and opens a PR when done. I built this inside Float, and it now ships ~70% of our code on Supercut. Internal only.
